I decided to make Peanut Chicken and Broccoli Sheet Pan Supper from the Pioneer Woman for dinner.  It's a family favorite, but it requires advanced planning since the chicken has to marinate before you bake it.  Here are all of the ingredients that go into the marinade.

I had a box of gluten free banana bread mix in the pantry and some free time this evening so I decided to make it.  Originally I was going to add walnuts to it, but after seeing a picture on the back of the box of chocolate banana bread, I decided to add chocolate chips to the bread.  I'm not sure I've ever considered banana bread to be a favorite, but chocolate chips definitely are!

I had my follow up phone call with the surgeon's office to see how I'm doing.  On the positive side, everything seems to be going well and I should be able to slowly return to normal activities in a week or two.
